Do I have to pay anything to be an affiliate?

What do I need to do to earn as an affiliate?
Good question. Its simple actually. All you need to do is promote your affiliate URL to the people you know and when anyone becomes a paid customer, you will start earning
commissions every time your referred person makes a purchase or renews the tutoring plan. That is why it is a residual income for you, refer once and earn every time your referred person makes a purchase.

How does this help me as a parent?

When you refer other students and they purchase tutoring plans with us, you earn a commission with every purchase made. You can use the commission earned to pay for the
tutoring plan/s of your own child/children. If you have enough referrals in your affiliate genealogy, you can have enough money credited in your affiliate account to make tutoring of
your child/children absolutely free. If you have enough credit balance, you can even cash out your earnings. Could it get any better!!

Wow! This sounds great, but how will I actually earn?

The referral system is a 2 Tier System which means commissions will be paid upto 2 levels deep. There is no restriction on the width however. You can sponsor as many
people directly on your first level.

To explain this, let’s say you sponsored ‘A’ and ‘B’. Since ‘A’ and ‘B’ are sponsored directly by you, they will be on your ‘Level 1’. There is no limit to how many people you can
sponsor directly. They will all be on your ‘Level 1’. You will earn 8% commission from every person on your Level 1.

Further lets assume that ‘A’ sponsors C,D & E and ‘B’ sponsors F & G, then C,D,E,F & G will be on your ‘Level 2’. You earn 4% commission from every person on your ‘Level 2’.

This is how your Affiliate Genealogy will look in this case:

So, even though you did not directly sponsor C,D,E,F & G, yet you will still earn 4% commissions on the purchase they make.

All commissions are calculated on the net amount received by the company after deductions like discounts, processing charges etc.

This is getting better and better. So how will I get paid?

You have two options. You can cash out your commissions or you can redeem your credits against your purchase.

Cash Out

To cash out, just send us a request through your Affiliate Area using the ‘Request Money’ option. You can choose to be paid to your PayPal account or by check. There are however some simple rules for cashing out:

Minimum payout value shall be $100.
Payouts are made on the 15th of every month.
Payment by check shall be subject to a deduction of $15 towards processing and forwarding charges

Redemption against purchase:

You can redeem the commissions you have earned while purchasing or renewing tutoring plans for your child/children. How much you wish to redeem is your choice however
the maximum amount that you can redeem shall be limited to 75% of the total commissions due in your account. As an example, if you have a credit balance of $300, then you
will be able to redeem up to $225 (75% of $300). Also by simple logic, the amount being redeemed cannot exceed the value of purchase you are making. Considering the same example, if you are purchasing the 8 sessions plan worth $137.99, then you can redeem up to $137.99 and not $225.

You can redeem as well as request to be paid (cash out) if you are left with a balance of more than $100 after redeeming.

No standard discounts or discount coupons shall be applicable while redeeming commission.

Perfect! Can I get an idea about how much I can earn?

Well, it would be incorrect to make any kind of claims or give any form of guarantee on the amount you can earn. Yet here is an example to give you an idea. Remember this is
an example and your earnings will depend on the sponsorships in your genealogy.

In this example is based on the 8 sessions per month plan costing $137.99 8. The commissions on this plan will be:

Level 1 (L1) Commission @8%: $11.05c
Level2 (L2) Commission @4%: $5.50c

Assuming that each person sponsors 5 others, this is what you would earn:

							$192.75

You have sponsored 5 people directly (shown on L1).
You receive an 8% recurring commission from each of these persons on your level 1.
Each person on your Level 1 sponsors just 5 persons each
You will thus have 25 people on your Level 2 and you receive 4% recurring commission from each of these 25 people.
The more people you sponsor directly on your Level 1, your profitability increases.

Lets consider the above example with 10 sponsorships by each person. In that case:

Your Level 1 has – 10 (persons)x 11.05 (8% commission) = $110.50
Your Level 2 has – 100(persons) x 5.05 (8% commission) = $505.00

Thus you stand to earn a total commission of $615.00

Once again, your earnings will depend on the number of people you refer directly (Level 1) and on the number of people on your Level 1 further refer directly (your Level 2). The above illustration is only an example.
