Enrollment Process

1. Just click on ‘Enroll Now!’ button to enroll
2. Our Customer Care calls you and fixes your appointments with the Academic Director and Technical Department for a mock session
3. The Academic Director will call you to understand your needs and schedules the sessions for your child
4. The FREE Trial commences

Customer support is available 9 AM – 9 PM EST. You can contact customer care via email or live chat. If you wish to contact the Academic Directors, just leave a word with customer care and they will revert at the first possible instance.

Tutoring Session

Children love this part. This is an Audio/Visual interactive session where the teacher and student interact on an electronic whiteboard while communicating with each other using VoIP service of Skype.  VoIP communication ensures cost effectiveness for you as no telephone charges are applicable.

Here are the steps:

1. Student Logs in using his/her userid and password
2. Teacher initiates the whiteboard and voice communication
3. Student clicks on ‘Whiteboard’ button
4. The session begins

What you need

All you need is a high speed internet connection, a pc with 512MB RAM. For audio communication and working on the electronic whiteboard you will require the following.

1. A Skype id.
2. A headphone with mic.
3. A Pen tablet. This is recommended for writing on the whiteboard and is easily available at all computer stores.
