Tutoring Sessions

You can get as many tutoring sessions as you need subject to availability of tutors. Users typically schedule sessions in advance and might have to book sessions at a time that might not be their first choice. 1-1Tutor has the right to place temporary restrictions on usage during peak hours or with certain tutors to ensure equitable availability of sessions to all customers.

Scheduling

You need to have your sessions scheduled in advance in consultation with our Academic Directors. You can thereafter renew your plan as and when it is nearing completion.

1-1Tutor cannot guarantee same teacher if you do not renew your plans well in time.

When you cancel your subscription, you will be charged only for the sessions used until the time of cancellation according to the plan you purchased. Any remaining amount will be refunded to you. If you are enrolled in any of the open session plans and have already used some sessions before cancelling, the used up amount will be calculated based on $19.99/session. Technology

1-1Tutor uses proprietary, licensed third-party technologies and free technology products. While all attempts are made to ensure stability and availability of technologies used by 1-1Tutor, the company cannot get guarantee uptime. You are solely responsible for all service, telephony and/or other fees and costs associated with your access to and use of the Services and for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment required for such access and use.

Access and Identity Protection

In order to provide you with ease of access to your account, 1-1Tutor will place a cookie (a small text file) on any computer from which you access the 1-1Tutor Web site. This cookie is used to identify you throughout the 1-1Tutor Web site. This cookie will be destroyed when you close the browser or logout of the 1-1Tutor Web site. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You may choose to share your account with other people by providing them your password. However, if you decide to share your account with other people, you take full responsibility for their actions.
